1. Who we are
Verity is a coaching practice tool operated by BloomWave. We help professional coaches manage client relationships, sessions, and AI-assisted session notes. Our website is verity.coach.
2. What we collect
- Account data: your name, email address, and coaching credential level when you sign up.
- Client data: information you enter about your clients (names, emails, coaching focus areas, goals, session notes). You own this data.
- Session data: session dates, notes, depth scores, and transcripts you upload.
- Usage data: pages visited, features used, and browser/device type — collected via standard server logs.
- API keys: if you provide a Deepgram API key, it is stored in your account and used only to transcribe your sessions. Google Calendar tokens are stored in your account to enable calendar sync.
3. How we use your data
- To provide and improve the Verity service.
- To generate AI-assisted session notes and coaching suggestions using Anthropic's Claude API. Prompts include session context you've entered; they are not used to train AI models.
- To send session-related emails to your clients (only when you explicitly trigger this).
- To process payments via Stripe (we do not store card details).
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with:
- Supabase — database and authentication hosting.
- Anthropic — AI note generation (session content only, zero retention policy).
- Deepgram — audio transcription (your own API key; subject to their privacy policy).
- Stripe — payment processing.
- Resend — transactional email delivery.
- Vercel — application hosting and CDN.
5. Data retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by emailing privacy@verity.coach. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
6. Security
All data is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest. Row-level security policies ensure coaches can only access their own client data. API keys are stored encrypted.
7. Your rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@verity.coach.
8. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. We'll notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of Verity after changes constitutes acceptance.
