Is my clients’ data private and secure?
Yes. Each coach’s data is completely isolated — no coach can see another’s clients, sessions, or notes. Data is stored on Supabase with row-level security, and all connections are encrypted. We never use your client data to train AI models.
How does Verity learn my coaching methodology?
During onboarding you tell Verity which frameworks you lean on (GROW, Co-Active, Solution-Focused, or a blend). It uses that — along with your session history and the patterns it detects in your work — to calibrate the questions and prompts it surfaces during sessions. It learns your style over time, not just from a checkbox.
Does Verity track coaching hours for certification?
Yes — this is one of our most-used features. Verity automatically counts paid and pro bono hours from every completed session, and you can manually log workshops, supervision, and prior client hours. A visual progress tracker shows where you stand toward your next credential level. You can also import a CSV of past hours.
Do I need to be credentialed to use Verity?
Not at all. Verity is built for any professional coach — whether you hold a credential, are working toward one, or practice without one. The credentialing tracker is simply there if you need it.
What happens to session recordings and transcripts?
Recordings are transcribed and then the transcript is stored securely in your account. Verity uses the transcript to draft notes and surface patterns — it is never shared with other coaches or used to train models. You can delete a transcript at any time.
